So I'm playing WoW (instead of sleeping, go figure, right?) and I'm having a hard time seeing stuff because of how dark everything is. I've tried messing with my gamma using the Adobe Gamma option in my control panel, but it always seems to refer back to a crappier state. So I'm like "wtf, there has to be a better way..." After poking around, I find the color settings that are directly linked to my video card (i.e. the controls are thru my video card wizard or something or other). I play around with a few sliders, run a few set-up thingies. And OMG the difference. Like, before, the House site was white with the blue header and footer. Now there are, like shades of gray and stuff. And there's color distinction between threads and posts and stuff on the Dag boards. The internet looks so much better now! :-D

i know, I'm a dork, but I felt the need to share this revelation with *someone* (and Shatty is passed out on the couch).

At least you figured out how to make it better for your time on Crack.

And better that Shatty be passed out on the couch than on you while you are play WOW (aka Crack)
