So, this is the proposal...

What I am envisioning is exactly as the Subject states, with the following details.

The food would be authentic medieval fare.
Dress Garb would be the wear of the evening.
And the setting would be as medieval as possible... something along the lines of being served in a medieval Pavilion or Marquee, use of authentic(ish) lighting, served as authentically as possible.

Obviously this is not something that we can do tomorrow... but, rather a goal that can be achieved ... by next year? This is obviously going to take the efforts of all of us to accomplish, and, if you are up for it, we can work out the details to get this accomplished.

With enough notice, its definatly doable. the hard part is not only location but scheduling. But I say lets do it.
